Anne's intricate art quilts are on exhibit in the Ladd Gallery from present until November 13, 2018.
Anne Lullie is an award winning quilt artist originally from Toddville, Iowa. She has also lived in Colorado, New Hampshire, and Illinois. From an early age, she exhibited an interest the textile arts, designing and sewing clothing, home décor and other decorative items. Following high school, Anne studied art history, ceramics, painting, drawing and printmaking at several schools, including Mount Mercy University in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Her work has been selected and shown in juried shows such as the International Quilt Festival, in Houston, Texas, American Quilter’s Society Show The (2003, 2005, 2009), Paducah, KY, Pacific International Quilt Festival XIII, Santa Clara, CA. “Road to California”, Ontario, CA. At “Road to California” 2010. She has presented workshops for American Quilter’s Society in Knoxville, Tennessee, the International Quilt Festival, in Houston, Texas, and Wisconsin Public Television & Nancy’s Notions “Quilt Expo”. Anne has traveled and presented workshops for numerous quilt guilds in the U.S.
