 Bring the whole family to share in activities and enjoy light refreshments to celebrate groundbreaking for the new library! A brief program will be held at 10:00 am with groundbreaking to follow. Everyone is invited to participate. Come to the 400 block of 4th Avenue SE in downtown Cedar Rapids and share in the fun!
